| Providing and administering agreed services | Performance of our contract with you; or our legitimate interests in providing services to the organisation you represent. |

Fields marked with an asterisk on the contact form are needed to handle the enquiry. You do not have to submit the form, but without sufficient contact details or information we may be unable to respond or provide the requested service.
4. Who receives information
Access to personal information is limited to authorised people who need it to respond to enquiries, administer our business or deliver your services. We provide support and manage backups in-house.
We use vetted service providers, including Microsoft for email and related business services, where needed to operate our services. These providers receive information relevant to the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary for advice, legal claims or a legal obligation.
We do not send marketing emails or marketing messages.
5. International transfers
We store personal information in the United Kingdom, including email data and our in-house backups. Our current arrangements are for UK data storage.
If we change our arrangements in a way that involves a restricted international transfer of personal information, we will assess the applicable requirements, put any required safeguards in place and update this notice before that processing begins. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry or maintain our ongoing business relationship. We review whether information is still needed and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.
Once our business relationship has ended and there is no further contact, we retain the relevant enquiry and customer records for no more than five years from the end of the relationship or our last contact, whichever is later. We may delete them sooner if they are no longer needed.
If a specific legal duty requires particular records to be kept longer, we retain only the records needed to meet that duty for the required period. Retention decisions also take account of security, unresolved complaints and legal claims.
7. Cookies and third-party links
The website uses Odoo functionality for sessions and website preferences. Its cookie controls and Cookie Policy provide further information. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies can affect website functions.
Links to support services, social networks or messaging providers can take you to another service. That service may process information under its own privacy notice. A link alone does not mean every linked service uses the same systems or practices as this website.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of information you provided. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
Your right to object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your circumstances. Contact talk2us@tricel.tech to raise an objection.
To exercise your rights, email talk2us@tricel.tech. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and exemptions.
9. Complaints
Please contact us if you have a concern about how we handle personal information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
10. Automated decisions and changes
We do not make decisions about customers solely by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. We discuss customer service decisions with the customer and obtain their agreement before proceeding.
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the revised date on this page. Where required, we will tell you about material changes directly.
